Fonts

I have chosen to call my magazine 'The pop stop'. The word pop relates to the music genre I have chosen and the word stop makes people want to stop and look at the magazine. I need to find a suitable font for my magazine cover that is suitable for my target audience. I have used http://www.dafont.com/ to do this.

These were my final three favourites that I have chosen that could be used in my logo. The first two are curved which makes them more suitable for the female audience. Also, they are informal and would be used on a teen magazine rather than a broadsheet newspaper. The first font has hearts and is in a grafitti like style, the second font is a bubble style font and the third one is quite strong and bold.

My final choice of font for my mast head of my magazine was the first one. I chose this becuase it was the most feminine which made it most suitable for my target audience. It is also informal so looks friendly and inviting.

For the title of my contents page I picked a font that looked attractive and suitable for my target audience.

I have picked this font because it looks interesting and fun. I think it is suitable for my target audience because it is curved which makes it informal and suitable for the younger population.

This is the font I have chosen for the main headline of my double page spread. I think it is attractive and looks exciting so will draw the readers eye.I will use different colours in the font and the shadow to make it look interesting.
